Synergy Florida is looking for Experienced 1099 and W2 Low Voltage Installation Technicians to join our team for the Bradenton and Sarasota area!

These technicians would have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience with running and connecting wiring and cables for low-voltage electronics systems, mainly for new construction homes.

For W2 workers, Pay is $20-$25 per hour depending on your level of experience. For higher earnings, there is also performance piece rate pay.

For1099 workers, Pay is 1099-piece rate with a weekly range of $1500.00 to $3500.00. Range varies on technical skill, efficiency, and productivity level. The more productive and efficient you are in the field, the higher your weekly pay will be.

In a typical week we:

• Install structure cabling systems
• Install security and cctv cabling
• Install home network and home entertainment cabling systems
• Trim and test previously installed cabling
• Trim security equipment
• Trim house audio equipment

Qualified candidates MUST:

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in pulling wire
• Understanding of new construction residential homes
• Be able to take direction and work well with others.
• Pass a drug test and a background check
• Have a valid Florida driver’s license
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Be available to work a full-time schedule
• Have a reliable Personal Owned Vehicle suitable for daily work and travel to and from jobs.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to frequently bend, climb, crawl, lift, twist, and turn
• Must be able to work in difficult areas, such as attics and crawl spaces
• Must be able to work from ladders with arms extended overhead for extended periods of time
• Must be able work outside when necessary

Experience:

• wire pulling: 1 year (Required)
• connecting wiring & cables for low volt electronic systems: 1 year (Required)
• new construction home low voltage system: 1 year (Required)
