You will take ownership of end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across multi-entity financial structures. The position combines hands-on technical accounting with strategic process improvement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, complex environments. You will play a key role in strengthening global financial reporting, optimizing close processes, and enhancing internal controls across North America, EMEA, and APAC. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will lead and mentor a distributed accounting team, fostering a strong culture of ownership and continuous improvement. This is a role designed for a builder—someone who sees accounting as a system to be optimized, not just maintained.
