Your Impact & How You'll Use Your Skills This role is for the dialysis nurse who embodies our core values through their clinical expertise and dedication. Clinical Excellence & Dedication: You will leverage your advanced clinical skills to deliver life-sustaining dialysis treatments, creating extraordinary moments of comfort and safety at the bedside. Autonomous Problem-Solving with a 'Can-Do' Attitude: You will independently manage your caseload and patient needs, using your critical thinking to troubleshoot equipment and navigate complex clinical scenarios. Empathetic Communication that Builds Our Reputation: As the face of Hema-Tec, your professionalism and communication will build trust with patients, families, and hospital staff, helping us deliver on our promise of compassionate care. Schedule, Locations & Team Shift & Schedule: We offer a full-time schedule to improve work-life balance. Work Week: Four days per week, plus every other Saturday (which counts as one of those days) Hours: Day shift, starting between 7 - 8 AM. End times vary based on the daily patient census. On-Call Rotation: Our RNs participate in a shared on-call rotation. Locations & Travel: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Milwaukee area, including Ascension All Saints Hospital, Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital, Ascension Elmbrook Memorial Hospital, and Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - St. Joseph. Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success. What You Bring Licensure: An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin. Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience, with at least six months in nephrology preferred. Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification. Core Competencies: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
