We're seeking top-notch Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional support for our clients. While you will primarily handle calls for one designated set of industries, you may also support other accounts to assist with overflow as needed.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
• Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
• Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
• Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
• Live chat, SMS, and email support

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent listening skills and a keen attention to detail
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to customer interactions
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure

Weekly Direct Deposit

• FL: Pay Rate at Hire: $16.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• 4 Month Anniversary: $16.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• NJ: Pay Rate at Hire: $18.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• 4 Month Anniversary: $18.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• NC: Pay Rate at Hire: $15.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• 4 Month Anniversary: $15.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
