Investment Funds Associate (4th–6th Year) – Secondaries & Liquidity Transactions
Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded Am Law firm seeking a mid-level associate (4th–6th year) to join its premier Investment Funds practice. This is a standout opportunity to work with leading global sponsors, asset managers, and institutional investors on some of the most sophisticated transactions in the private capital space. The team advises across the full lifecycle of private funds, with a strong focus on complex liquidity solutions and secondaries transactions.
