Your Role:

Travel to clients’ homes, offices, and parks to lead custom workouts

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients of all ages and fitness levels

Track progress, adjust programming, and deliver results using our GYMGUYZ app

Represent GYMGUYZ with energy, professionalism, and passion

Promote health and wellness at local events and community activations

You’re a Fit If You:

Are nationally certified (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)

Have at least 1 year of personal training experience

Are CPR/AED certified

Have a reliable vehicle and are excited to train clients at home

Love helping people of all backgrounds—executives, parents, seniors, athletes

Are goal-driven, self-motivated, and bring energy to every session

Live in or near one of our three strategic territories:

1. San Jose Territory: Downtown SJ to Gilroy
2. Peninsula Territory: Saratoga to South SF via Hwy 280
3. Fremont / Hwy 101 Corridor: Fremont, Milpitas, Mountain View, Santa Clara to South SF

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience in corrective exercise, strength coaching, or adaptive training

Have worked in-home or as a mobile trainer before

Want to grow into a team lead or management role
