Job Overview

1. Be responsible for the inspection items and daily inspection work of the post, and implement the verification/calibration, daily spot inspection and daily maintenance of the inspection equipment according to the plan; Strictly implement the laboratory safety operation and management system, and be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of laboratory 6S

2. Assist in improving and implementing the laboratory management system, and implement various qualification application and evaluation work;

3. Fill in the test report correctly according to the requirements of relevant laboratory documents; Organize and input test results in time, and feedback unqualified products or bad data to superiors in time;

4. Assist in the development, introduction, establishment and optimization of new test methods; Do a good job in quality monitoring and measurement system analysis (MSA) of test items

5. Be responsible for the training and management of IQC related personnel of chemical materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering; Major in chemical engineering/materials related is preferred
  2. At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing inspection quality management, laboratory management experience,Experience in automobile industry (main engine factory, first-class supplier) and power battery industry is preferred;
  3. 1 year or more team management experience (≥ 3 people),
  4. Familiar with IATF16949 quality system and quality improvement tools 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC;
  5. Familiar with ISO17025 laboratory accreditation standards and laboratory operation management requirements
  6. Proficient in using office software, with data analysis ability and reporting ability, and able to independently prepare relevant work reports;
  7. Familiar with chemical detection and analysis methods (e.g. C-S analysis, IC/GC, ICP, etc.)
  8. Good English reading and writing skills, oral English is preferred;
  9. Good logical analysis, communication and coordination skills;
  10. Have structured thinking, teamwork consciousness and pressure resistance;

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
