Crisis & Access Line Program Manager – Sacramento, CA 95828 – Full-Time | Exempt – $101,100 per year About the Opportunity A leading community health organization is seeking an experienced and compassionate Crisis & Access Line Program Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-impact behavioral health crisis response program. This leadership role is responsible for managing crisis line services, mobile crisis dispatch coordination, staff supervision, clinical oversight, reporting compliance, and program development supporting individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed behavioral health professional passionate about crisis intervention, suicide prevention, trauma‑informed care, and expanding access to community behavioral health services. Key Responsibilities Oversee all operations of the Crisis & Access Line Program, including mobile crisis dispatch coordination Provide clinical oversight, consultation, and support to crisis counselors and program staff Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Crisis & Access Line staff Ensure adequate staffing coverage across all shifts, including participation in an on‑call rotation Monitor and achieve grant‑funded KPIs, reporting requirements, and performance metrics Provide behavioral health triage, crisis intervention, safety planning, and care coordination Prepare monthly reports, support utilization review activities, and assist with program evaluations Lead staff development initiatives and facilitate evidence‑based crisis intervention trainings Maintain compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and quality assurance requirements Collaborate with county behavioral health programs, crisis stabilization units, and community partners Support development of integrated crisis response systems and community outreach initiatives Qualifications Required Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license Minimum 3 years of experience conducting assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention Strong leadership and supervisory experience Knowledge of suicide prevention, behavioral health crisis systems, and substance use treatment navigation Experience with trauma‑informed care, harm reduction, and client‑centered approaches Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced crisis environment Valid California driver’s license with insurable driving record Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom, and electronic health records Preferred Crisis call center experience Experience with Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, or other evidence‑based interventions ASIST certification or willingness to become certified Experience providing staff trainings and community education Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Company‑paid life and long‑term disability insurance Retirement plan with employer match Paid holidays, PTO, and sick leave Flexible Spending Program Paid malpractice insuranceProfessional development opportunities Supportive, mission‑driven work environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a collaborative and compassionate behavioral health leader who thrives in crisis response settings, values community impact, and is committed to supporting underserved populations through high‑quality behavioral health care. #J-18808-Ljbffr AtWork Group
