Customer Success Specialist – Hello Lamp Post Hello Lamp Post is on a mission to make places better for people. We help cities, governments, and organizations take a more playful, people‑first approach to engagement in public spaces. Our platform brings everyday street objects to life—lamp posts, park benches, parking meters, post boxes—turning them into digital touchpoints that invite conversation, feedback, and connection. Our customers include environmental agencies, waste and recycling teams, airports, and forward‑thinking public services across the globe. About the Role We’re hiring an organized, people‑focused Customer Success Representative to join our remote US team. You’ll work closely with our VP, North America and the wider UK‑based customer team to onboard new customers, nurture long‑term relationships, and help clients get real value from Hello Lamp Post. This is an early‑career role with huge exposure and responsibility . You’ll be our third US‑based hire , which means you’ll have a real voice, wear multiple hats, and grow alongside the business as we expand across North America. What You’ll Do Own the customer journey Onboard new customers and guide them through best practices to help them achieve their goals Act as a trusted point of contact from first conversation through renewal Build strong, happy customer relationships Maintain consistent, well‑organized touchpoints via email, calls, and scheduled meetings Anticipate customer needs and proactively solve problems before they arise Manage projects and priorities Support customers throughout their lifecycle in a fast‑moving startup environment Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and next steps with exceptional attention to detail Help customers grow with us Understand customer pain points and identify opportunities to expand their use of Hello Lamp Post Tailor communications to different sectors and become a subject‑matter expert in each Be the voice of the customer Gather insights and feedback to help shape product improvements and the roadmap Advocate internally for customer needs and opportunities Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our mission, product, and values Build credibility and trust through clarity, warmth, and professionalism What We’re Looking For Experience 1+ year in a customer‑facing role or a recent graduate with strong internships and a passion for tech‑for‑good Experience with SaaS products, project coordination, or CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus Backgrounds in humanities, communications, public service, or customer advocacy are very welcome Skills Exceptionally organized, with a love of structure, follow‑ups, and clear processes Confident written and verbal communicator who enjoys explaining ideas simply Strong relationship‑builder who’s comfortable speaking with a wide range of stakeholders Mindset Genuinely enthusiastic about our mission and working with purpose‑driven technology Self‑starter who thrives in a remote, fast‑paced startup environment Collaborative, curious, and excited to grow with the role On Track Earnings: $66,000 - 82,000 Salary: $60-70,000 (dependent on experience) Commission - $6-12k Remote‑first with flexible working hours Fast career progression shaped around your strengths and goals Direct access to experienced creative business leaders Laptop provided High autonomy and trust from day one Supportive, friendly, and sociable team culture The chance to help shape a growing US presence from the ground up Benefits Remote‑first with flexible working hours Laptop provided High autonomy and trust from day one Supportive, friendly, and sociable team culture Fast career progression shaped around your strengths and goals Direct access to experienced creative business leaders On Track Earnings: $66,000 - 82,000 Commission - $6-12k If you’re organized, people‑focused, and excited to build something that genuinely makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
