Indigo Dental Staffing is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant Instructor to join our Education, Training & E-Learning department within the Healthcare & Medical Services industry. In this role, you will draw on your hands-on chairside experience and passion for teaching to train the next generation of dental assistants in a fast-paced, innovative learning environment. You will design and deliver engaging classroom and lab instruction, demonstrate clinical procedures, and mentor students on best practices in infection control, radiography, four-handed dentistry, dental materials, and patient communication. Working closely with program leadership, you will help develop and update curricula to align with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and emerging technologies in dentistry. You will supervise students during clinical simulations and, where applicable, in externship settings, ensuring they apply their skills safely, ethically, and competently. A key part of this position involves evaluating student performance through exams, skills checklists, and practical assessments, as well as providing constructive feedback, coaching, and academic support to help each learner succeed.
