Job Description

Digital Campaign Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Campaign Manager with 2–3 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns. This role will play a key part in driving performance across multiple channels and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across digital ad platforms with an emphasis on social ad platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs
  • Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, including targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, and naming conventions
  • Collaborate with full paid media team to develop and structure tests
  • Analyze performance data and provide regular reporting and actionable insights
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain organized documentation and adhere to best practices across all platforms
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
  • Proven experience with ad platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Familiarity with tracking implementation (pixels, tags, UTM parameters)
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
