Job Description

This role is focused on building custom electrical systems used in real-world industrial and commercial environments. You’ll be part of full builds, working from prints and schematics, so you can see how everything comes together from start to finish. This isn’t an entry-level role—you’ll be expected to come in with experience and be able to contribute early. That said, the training is still personal and thorough, so you’ll have support as you get up to speed. Smaller team, steady work, and a chance to keep building your skill set.

Schedule & Pay:

• Shift: Early morning start between 3:00am–6:00am 
• Pay: $19–$26/hr DOE
• OT available based on production

Job Duties:

• Assemble electrical panels, switchboards, and enclosures using hand and power tools
• Install components such as breakers, relays, and wiring
• Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing based on schematics
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Support general production needs and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• 1+ year of electrical or mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints or electrical schematics
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and consistent attendance
