Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Specialist and Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting various HR functions. This role is crucial in attracting and retaining top talent as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Post job openings on various platforms and manage the applicant tracking system. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Onboarding and Training Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues. Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture. Compliance and Policy Management Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and organizational standards. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and workforce trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related area. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
