Infant Assistant Teacher
Location: The Learning Experience - Brooklyn (Bed-Stuy / Bushwick), NY
Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Start: Immediate opening
Infant Assistant Teacher - Classroom Support Role The Learning Experience - Brooklyn (Bed-Stuy / Bushwick) is seeking a dependable Infant Assistant Teacher to support daily routines in our infant classroom. This role helps create a nurturing environment where infants feel secure while developing early communication and sensory skills.
Key Responsibilities - Support feeding, diapering, and nap routines
- Assist with classroom activities and sensory learning experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Support supervision and transitions throughout the day
- Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
- Follow all NYC health, safety, and licensing requirements
Qualifications - High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Experience working with infants strongly preferred
- Must meet New York State and NYC childcare licensing requirements
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
