Job Description

We are seeking two motivated Laboratory Technicians to support our Analytical Research & Development (ARD) team. These roles will play a key part in supporting a growing product pipeline, with multiple new product launches anticipated this year. Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products
• Support method development, validation, and transfer activities
• Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation, including:
  • HPLC / UPLC
  • GC
  • Dissolution systems
  • UV/Vis spectrophotometers
• Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions in accordance with SOPs
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations
• Assist with investigations related to OOS (Out-of-Specification results), deviations, and CAPAs
• Ensure laboratory cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Collaborate effectively with ARD scientists and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• 1–3+ years of laboratory experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred)
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC)
• Knowledge of cGMP environments and documentation practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Analytical R&D or Quality Control laboratories
• Exposure to ANDA or pharmaceutical product development environments
• Experience supporting method validation or transfer activities
• Background in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing settings

Pay Rate: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
