IN‑HOUSE LEGAL RECRUITER This position will support our offices throughout the Southeast United States. Responsibilities Recruit attorneys. Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews alongside attorneys. Post and prepare advertisements for open attorney positions throughout the firm. Coordinate any recruiting events that may be beneficial. Coordinate with attorneys on staffing as it relates to attorney needs. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and proficient computer skills. Ability to work independently and multitask with time-sensitive work. Proactive and highly professional. Positive attitude and ability to work exceptionally well with attorneys and candidates. 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience in the legal profession.
