Locations: Century City, CA or Downtown Los Angeles, CA Matura Farrington is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Legal Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional with at least 2 years of experience who is interested in building a career in legal recruiting and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple searches while providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Candidate Sourcing Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for attorney, paralegal, and legal support staff positions Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards, and direct outreach Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities Develop relationships with legal professionals and maintain regular communication with active and passive candidates Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the firm's applicant tracking system Candidate Management & Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Prepare candidates for interviews by providing information regarding the position, firm culture, and interview process Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process Gather interview feedback from candidates and clients and communicate updates in a timely manner Assist with offer presentation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination Partner with recruiting managers and team members to understand hiring needs and search requirements Assist in developing sourcing strategies for challenging searches Monitor market trends, compensation data, and hiring activity within the legal industry Participate in recruiting meetings and contribute to team recruiting initiatives Support business development and relationship-building efforts with clients and candidates Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required Legal recruiting, staffing agency, or professional services recruiting experience strongly preferred Strong sourcing and candidate relationship management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Matura Farrington is an EEOC employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance and all other local, state and federal laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
