Seeking a dedicated acupuncturist and herbalist to join our growing team at East Bay Acupuncture in Oakland, CA. Build a thriving fertility-focused acupuncture practice with mentorship, steady patient flow, and a supportive team in Oakland.
The perfect candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting patients on their fertility and pregnancy journeys, as well as providing effective treatments and care for pain management and hormone health.
Join a supportive and collaborative practice with over 22 years of experience serving the community (Almost 60 years combined experience for our current practitioners). We value professional growth and offer a positive work environment that fosters both independent work and teamwork.
We are looking for a seasoned acupuncturist or a new graduate. Mentorship and training are provided for the right fit.
Must be a motivated, compassionate individual who is eager to positively impact our patients' lives and wants to be a part of a team.
This position starts part-time with two shifts per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role (four shifts per week). Evening and morning shifts needed.

Responsibilities • Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments with a focus on fertility, pregnancy, hormone health, and pain management.
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive environment while efficiently handling independent tasks.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and strong time-management skills to uphold the clinic's standards.
Qualifications • Valid California acupuncture license in good standing.
• Experience and/or passion for fertility and prenatal care as an acupuncturist or in other fields.
• 1-2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills to effectively and empathically interact with patients and team members.
• Excellent time-management skills, with a track record of punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Reside within a 20-mile radius of East Bay Acupuncture for reasonable commuting.
