Now Hiring: Order Pullers – 2nd Shift

Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Order Pullers for a manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse experience who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and assemble customer orders based on work orders and production schedules
• Move materials between production, storage, and shipping areas
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and material handling equipment
• Sort and store products by size, type, and product code
• Stage and prepare orders for shipment
• Weigh, count, and verify materials for accuracy
• Maintain inventory records and enter data into the system
• Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, or equipment issues
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 or more years in warehouse, order picking, or material handling experience preferred
• At least 1 year stand up forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting throughout the shift
• Basic computer and math skills
