Location: Olathe, KS
Schedule: Split shift - an AM shift + PM shift required, with opportunities for midday and additional activity runs
No nights, weekends, or holidays
Summers off
Starting Pay: $23.28–$27.68 per hour
Paid CDL training available — no experience required

A School Bus Driver is responsible for transporting students safely and on time from their pickup point to school and back. This includes performing pre-trip inspections, ensuring child safety, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.

Sign‑On Bonus Details
Bonus Eligibility: To qualify for the sign-on bonus, employees must work both AM and PM routes, remain in good standing, and meet all route requirements. Good standing is defined as consistently meeting job expectations, following company policies, and not having significant disciplinary issues.
Fully Credentialed CDL Drivers:
Up to $5,000
Paid in 3 installments:
$2,000 after 90 days
$1,500 after 180 days
$1,500 after 270 days
Non‑CDL Candidates:
$2,000 total bonus
Paid during training milestones:
$750 after 90 days
$625 after 180 days
$625 after 270 days
