Position Overview
Crunch Personal Trainers are motivational powerhouses—experts in movement, masters of encouragement, and champions of transformation. You’ll design personalized workout plans, coach proper form and technique, and inspire clients to push past their limits. You’ll also promote our training programs through the CrunchOne Kickoff, helping members discover how life-changing personal training can be.
What You’ll Do
Create customized fitness programs using resistance, cardio, and general nutrition guidance
Educate and motivate clients to reach their goals safely and effectively
Drive PT revenue through session delivery, product recommendations, and member engagement
Meet or exceed monthly performance targets
Represent Crunch’s mission: serious fitness, serious fun

Requirements
Nationally accredited CPT certification or degree in Kinesiology
High school diploma or GED
Current CPR certification
Personal training experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate fitness techniques
