Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and advancements.
Set and achieve performance targets to contribute to company growth.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes to ensure effectiveness.
Utilize pipelines to forecast and enhance treatment success rates.
Adapt to a high-visibility work environment with measurable results.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records for effective treatment tracking.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies.
Provide feedback to improve clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
