Duties:
*Residential & Commercial Plumbing, Heating & AC
*Service & Repair
*Installations on New Construction & Renovations
*Heating work on fuel oil, natural gas, and propane systems
*Ideal Candidate is Experienced & Knowledgeable

Full Time, Year Round
Our main working hours are 8am -4:30pm M-F with half days Saturdays and emergency call response at night and on weekends & holidays. Some employees work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
Occasional Overtime is available.
Overtime Pay for Night Service (on rotation with other staff, 1 week of Night Service Duty comes up Every 3-7 weeks)
Rate of Pay will depend on experience and qualifications. The more licenses you hold and skills you have, the higher you will be paid.
Skills/Qualifications:
Reliability, Punctuality, Responsibility, Ability to Work Consistently and Efficiently. Problem Solver, Team Player. Must have a clean & valid drivers license, and be fluent in spoken and written English. Heating Experience, LP Gas Experience, a willingness to serve as a helper in other fields when work in your specified skill set is not available, willingness and desire to learn new skills including AC & refrigeration skills. Physically able & willing to work in tight spaces, basements, crawlspaces, on ladders, in attics, able to lift/carry heavy loads, knowledge of safety procedures & willingness to follow procedure & use tools properly and safely. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to add, subtract or use a calculator. Must be able to lift 100 lbs. Must have clean & valid driver's license. Must be able to work efficiently and productively alone or in a team.
This job is located in Montauk, NY 11954. Please be aware when applying that transportation to and from Montauk from Southampton, NY, or anywhere west of there will be an hour or more each way.

- No. Our service area is between Montauk and Southampton on the South Fork.
This job comes with the opportunity to increase your skills and learning ability for installations, maintenance & repairs in the following fields: HVAC-R, plumbing, oil heat, propane heat, natural gas heat, LP fired commercial appliances, electrical. Helpers will be trained by going through our training program.
