Private Equity 2026 Summer Investment Professional (MBA Class of 2027)

Graham Partners is looking for a first-year MBA student to join as a Summer Investment Professional through our 2026 MBA Internship Program. Prior private equity experience is required. Summer Investment Professionals are given exposure to a full range of the firm's activities including: evaluating transactions; structuring and executing deals; and assisting investment professionals with portfolio company management (which includes working closely with C-suite executives). This is an in-person role based in Graham Partners' office in suburban Philadelphia (Newtown Square, PA).

Summer Investment Professionals will perform the following functions:

• Evaluate industry trends and help source and perform in-depth due diligence on acquisition targets
• Manage the development of detailed financial cash flow models, operating scenarios, and sensitivity analyses for potential transactions
• Coordinate and execute financial and other acquisition-related due diligence, including attending management presentations for potential acquisition opportunities
• Participate in financing negotiations and documentation with financing sources
• Assist potential portfolio company exit processes

Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:

• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong financial modeling capabilities
• Exceptional academic credentials with a demonstrated track record of accomplishment
• Strong ability to articulate insights (written and verbal) and collaborate effectively across teams
• Ties to the Philadelphia area are preferred
