Real Estate Showing Agent – Stay Active, Build Skills, and Grow Your Income

If you're looking for a real estate role that keeps you in front of clients every day and builds real momentum, this is a great opportunity to do exactly that. As a Showing Agent, you'll work hands-on with motivated buyers, tour homes, and play a direct role in guiding people toward one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

This role keeps you focused on the activities that matter most — connecting with clients, touring properties, and creating buying experiences that build trust and move deals forward. You'll have structured support, mentorship, and a team environment that helps you stay consistent, improve your skills, and grow with confidence.

It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys people, thrives when they're busy and on the move, and wants to build a real foundation through daily hands-on experience. With clear direction and the right support around you, consistent daily activity turns into real career growth.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

If you're ready to sharpen your skills, grow your income, and establish yourself as a trusted professional in real estate, apply today, and let's talk about what's next.

Compensation:

$122,500 - $196,500 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to schedule and coordinate property showings efficiently.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to the sales team after each showing to enhance client experience.
  • Utilize our training resources to continuously improve your real estate knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
  • Assist in generating leads by actively participating in community events and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately in our CRM system for seamless follow-up and communication.
Qualifications:
  • Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in real estate or sales is preferred, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the property showing process.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple property showings and client interactions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to document client interactions and ensure seamless follow-up.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
  • Willingness to participate in community events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand your professional network.
