Job Title: Receptionist / Office Administrator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our corporate office in Cary, NC. This individual will manage front-of-house operations, provide administrative support to management, and oversee essential office functions, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as liaison with the landlord and management company, including managing keys and fobs for the Corporate Office.
Process payables and manage office supplies.
Manage leases for light office equipment.
Manage administrative tasks related to company awards.
Process executive expense reports and occasionally organize travel arrangements.
Handle customer relations tasks such as arranging Christmas baskets for customers.
Plan for special events (e.g., Christmas parties, etc.).
Execute Special Projects as assigned
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Serve as the company Notary Public.
Manage general office postage requirements.
Maintain the tidiness of the kitchen area and water office plants.
Handle daily mailing tasks, including Fedex, AP Checks, and other correspondence.
Manage the Vehicle Expense Reports and assist with fleet management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a reception, office administration, or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Current Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
