Job Description
Established massage therapy practice seeking to hire a Receptionist/Office Assistant for part-time Saturday, Sunday and Monday work. Seeking an individual with a cheerful disposition and professional demeanor, who possesses a blend of high emotional intelligence, stellar organizational skills, and technological proficiency. One to two years of receptionist experience is preferred. You will need to be familiar with the appointment scheduling process from booking a client with a massage therapist to greeting them when they arrive, and following up with them after their appointment. It is important to possess multi-tasking skills and exemplary communication and interpersonal skills both on and off the phone. Experience with MindBody software is a plus and a comfort level when dealing with technical issues is helpful. This position is largely a desk position, but does require laundering spa linens and some light cleaning such as sweeping the front entry mats and restocking the bathroom.
