Responsibilities The Medical Nurse will perform professional nursing duties, including nursing assessment documentation, physical assessments/vitals, medication review and prior authorization (PA) form completions. The Nurse also will manage, instruct and educate mentally and emotionally disabled clients. He/she will work with child, adolescent, and adult clients. Nurse will also interact with parents/guardians. The Nurse also will work closely with a Psychiatrist and/or Nurse Practitioner to assess each client’s medication compliance and any additional needs.
