Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of front- and back-of-house operations within a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment. This role is responsible for leading teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all service periods.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards
• Lead, train, and develop management and hourly teams across all departments
• Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and labor management
• Maintain high standards of guest service, addressing and resolving issues proactively
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and marketing teams to enhance offerings and guest experience
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and operational coverage

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and labor controls
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Schedule Expectations

This role requires full flexibility. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings based on business needs.
