Director of Operations – Full Service Restaurant

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas

Compensation: Up to $130,000 Base Salary + Bonus

A growing and highly respected full-service restaurant group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations and help drive the next phase of growth, performance, and guest experience excellence.

The Director of Operations will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving operational consistency, financial performance, culture, staffing, training, and overall restaurant execution across multiple locations.

This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and requires an operator who can balance big-picture leadership with day-to-day operational accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multi-unit full-service restaurant operations
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and cost controls
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistency across all locations
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
  • Improve guest satisfaction and overall hospitality standards
  • Analyze restaurant KPIs, P&L statements, labor reports, and operational metrics
  • Partner with ownership and executive leadership on strategic initiatives and growth plans
  • Build and maintain a strong culture focused on accountability, hospitality, and team development
  • Assist with recruiting, succession planning, and leadership retention
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Support new restaurant openings, training initiatives, and operational rollouts as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience
  • Full-service restaurant experience is required
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development background
  • Experience managing multiple General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
  • Proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, and P&L analysis
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High-energy, hands-on leadership style with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
