As a Store Team Member, you are passionate about people and their pets. You provide exceptional, friendly service at every opportunity throughout your workday. Your responsibilities include:

• Stocking shelves and assisting customers with purchases

• Feeding animals and ensuring their habitats are clean and well-maintained

You may perform a variety of tasks, with the opportunity to specialize in one of the following areas:

Cashier

• Accurately and efficiently process customer purchases

• Share information about the Preferred Pet Club to help customers take advantage of special offers

Stocker

• Safely unload delivery trucks using proper equipment

• Stock shelves to ensure products are readily available

• Assist customers by carrying heavy items such as pet food, cat litter, and aquariums to their vehicles

Pet Care

• Care for animals in the store, including feeding, handling, and cleaning habitats

• Answer customer questions about pet care to help them choose and care for their pets

This position can be physically demanding and may require lifting 40–65 lbs. and standing for extended periods. We support ongoing learning through our interactive, pay-for-knowledge Pet Degree programs.

Qualifications:

• Team-oriented, willing to support others when needed

• Knowledgeable about animals and pet products

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a drug screening (where required)
