We are currently looking for highly skilled and reliable Tile Setters/Installers to join our team for permanent, full-time positions.

As a Tile Setter/Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tiles and flooring across various projects. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel, have your own basic tools, and bring a strong work ethic to every project.

$18 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on project needs.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members.
• Represent the company professionally in the field by maintaining a clean, groomed appearance, with a uniform that is always clean and presentable.
• Supply your own basic tools for the job and ensure that your vehicle and transportation are reliable, clean, and well-maintained.
• Complete each task thoroughly, or implement temporary solutions as necessary to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Experience troweling to provide pitch for drainage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Familiarity with different types of tiles and flooring (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.).
• Knowledge of general construction practices and details.
• Own and maintain basic tools required for tile installation.
