Full-Time Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Dependable Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve patients in the Northwest Tucson area . This is an opportunity to provide truly meaningful care—supporting patients and families with dignity, comfort, and compassion during life’s most important moments.
As a valued member of our hospice team, you will play a vital role in ensuring each patient receives individualized, respectful care in the comfort of their home.

As a Hospice CNA, you will provide hands-on personal care that enhances comfort, preserves dignity, and improves quality of life. You’ll work closely with RNs, therapists, and family members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting)
Supporting safe mobility and ambulation
Monitoring and documenting vital signs
Preparing and assisting with meals
Assisting with medication reminders and self-administration
Changing linens and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment
Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and families
Must be 18 years or older
Current Arizona CNA license
Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
Current CPR certification
TB clearance (or ability to obtain)
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass background screening
Bilingual or conversational Spanish is a plus
High school diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
