Vetted is seeking a RN - Case Management for a travel job in San Francisco, California .

Must have 2+ years of experience.

This contract pays approximately $11,061/month gross.

Assignment details:

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift length: 8 hour shifts
• Hours per week: 40
• Start Date: ASAP

Job responsibilities:

• Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
• Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.
• Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
