Seeking a Washington Licensed Litigation Attorney, this fully remote part-time or full-time position will manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, focusing on insurance defense and civil litigation while collaborating with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Support active litigation matters throughout the full case lifecycle, from initial assessment to resolution Draft, review, and revise various litigation documents, including pleadings and motions Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on substantive and procedural issues in active cases Required Qualifications Active Washington State Bar license in good standing 3+ years of litigation experience preferred Strong insurance defense experience is strongly preferred Experience with ProLaw or similar litigation management software is highly desirable Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a litigation team
