Indigo Dental Staffing is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant Instructor to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. In this role, you will draw on your hands-on dental assisting experience to train and mentor aspiring dental professionals in a fast-paced, innovative educational setting. You will develop and deliver engaging classroom lessons, lead practical lab sessions, and provide chairside demonstrations that reflect current industry standards, infection control protocols, and best practices in patient care. Working closely with program leadership, you will help design and refine curriculum, create assessments, and ensure that course content aligns with state and national guidelines for dental assisting education. You will coach students on core clinical skills such as instrument sterilization, radiography techniques, dental materials handling, four-handed dentistry, and electronic health record documentation, while reinforcing professionalism, communication, and patient-centered care. The position also involves evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining accurate academic records, and supporting students in exam preparation and job readiness.
