Job Description

We are looking for a Venture Studio Operator / Entrepreneur-in-Residence Associate to help build and grow new zero-to-one businesses. This role is for someone who wants to work close to the ground floor of new products, new markets, and new companies. You will help validate ideas, define target customers, test go-to-market motions, support early sales, and turn rough concepts into real business opportunities. This is not a traditional strategy role. You will research, write, test, sell, organize, and execute. What You’ll Do Research new markets, competitors, customer segments, and business models Help validate new venture ideas through customer discovery and market testing Build early business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market plans Support outreach, sales experiments, demos, and pilot conversations Create pitch decks, landing pages, sales collateral, and internal briefs Track early traction, customer feedback, pipeline activity, and key learnings Work with product, design, engineering, sales, and leadership teams Help move new ideas from concept to pilot to repeatable growth Support multiple venture concepts across areas like SaaS, AI, vertical software, and service-led products Who You Are You have a founder mindset and like building from scratch You are comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information You can turn a messy idea into a clear plan You write clearly and communicate well with executives, customers, and internal teams You are analytical, but biased toward action You can run customer interviews, summarize insights, and recommend next steps You are curious about software, AI, startups, and new business models You are willing to do hands-on work, not just high-level planning Ideal Experience MBA or similar business background preferred 0–3 years of experience in startups, consulting, venture capital, product, sales, or business operations Experience with market research, customer discovery, GTM strategy, or early-stage sales Strong writing, presentation, and analysis skills Comfort using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Notion, Figma, or AI tools Interest in B2B software, AI products, SaaS, and venture creation What Success Looks Like In this role, success means: New venture ideas are researched and validated faster ICPs, messaging, and offers become clearer Early customer conversations turn into pilots or qualified pipeline Leadership has better data to decide what to build, fund, or stop New businesses move from zero to one with more structure and speed Why Join You will work directly with leadership on new business creation.
