The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its nonprofit organization, which is dedicated to advancing hearing science through research, education, and pediatric care. The successful candidate will be the primary staff leader, responsible for the strategic direction, fundraising, and daily operations. This senior role requires a seasoned nonprofit leader with a strong commitment to the mission of the organization. Approximately 70% of the role will be focused on fundraising and revenue generation, while the remaining 30% will involve organizational operations, including strategy, team management, and stakeholder relations. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, clinical entities, research faculty, and other key stakeholders to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of the organization.
