Jungle Boys Florida is in search of a Packaging Supervisor to join our growing team! Were looking for an individual who is passionate about cannabis, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help lead and inspire a results-driven team. The Packaging Supervisor will support the Packaging Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance, enforcing SOPs, and driving a culture of excellence, efficiency, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Support the Packaging Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations of the Packaging department
• Lead team setup and breakdown of the packaging room, ensuring adherence to cleaning and cross-contamination protocols
• Conduct regular quality control checks on packaging output, product appearance, weights, labeling accuracy, and finished inventory
• Accurately weigh, track, and record product at each stage of the packaging process, both manually and digitally
• Oversee packaging workflows, including weighing, labeling, sealing, and tracking of product at all stages, both manually and within inventory systems
• Ensure proper operation of packaging equipment in accordance with SOPs and safety standards
• Monitor individual and team performance against daily and weekly production KPIs
• Ensure accurate batch conversion and labeling to maintain compliance with inventory tracking requirements
• Verify team adherence to GMP standards, company policies, and conduct expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all packaging areas and weigh stations at all times
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members to reinforce SOPs and performance expectations
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and compliant team environment through clear communication and leading by example
• Promptly report any compliance deviations or operational issues to Packaging leadership

• Solid organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems, digital timekeeping, and internal databases

Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and position oneself, communicate, operate, and prepare, and place, and position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. Working Environment:
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment can range from low to high. Temperatures in the work environment range from cold and dry to warm and humid, respective to the product processes and plant lifecycle. The work environment requires the use of PPE at all phases, which may include face and eye protection dependent upon assigned duties and work area, and strict cleaning and cross-contamination protocols. The product and plants are agriculture goods that have the ability to produce odors that may linger, can penetrate clothing, and heighten senses.
