2-Story Fitness Center, Outpatient Physical Therapist's Dream, $5000 Retentions Bonus. Be the Face of this program

We are seeking a Lead Sports Physical Therapist to be the face of our sports department at our amazing outpatient fitness center in Valencia Ca. This facility is 2nd to none and is part of a very prestigious hospital in Valencia. We took over a full, 2 story gym and turned it into a Physical Therapists dream. With 11 private rooms just for Pelvic, top of the line equipment, full functioning gym, swimming pool, indoor basketball/racquetball/pickleball courts: This is the facility you want to work at. The first floor is dedicated to our sports program. We have a dedicated gym, all the indoor athletic courts, and our indoor pool down there. If you are a PT that is passionate about working with athletes and building a program, this is the position and facility for you.

• Typical daily caseload will be between 8-12 patients  

Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $48 - $56 per hour (OCS required for this pay range) Job Location: Valencia Ca. $5000 Retention Bonus - Relocation available

You’ll achieve success by:  

• Reviewing patients medical history  

• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person

• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns  

• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients  with clear goals and expected outcomes  

• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury   

• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed   

Qualifications:  

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in California
• CSCS and/or SCS preferred but not mandatory  

• CPR and first aid certification required
