• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation strategies.
• Participate in property showings to gain firsthand experience in client interactions.
• Support the team in preparing and reviewing real estate documents and contracts.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging property listings and promotional materials.
• Work closely with mentors to develop personalized strategies for achieving sales goals and career growth.

• Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents and contributing to shared goals.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and being proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your real estate knowledge.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms to create engaging property listings and promotional materials is a plus.
